Rewardiful Xmas offers an efficient, automated solution to minimize this hassle while maximizing the value and impact of the gifts. The target audience includes medium to large businesses that value rewarding their partners and employees but lack the time or resources to manage this process in-house.
Solution
Rewardiful Xmas module was created with flexibility and speed in mind. The solution is centered on providing a custom-branded Christmas shop for the company, offering a variety of gifts.
Companies could launch their campaigns within 3 days, offering gifts such as Christmas baskets, electronics, cosmetics, toys, digital gift cards to popular brands, branded products, and much more. The key was enabling recipients to choose their gifts, making the experience more personalized and engaging. Rewardiful handled the logistics, ensuring a hassle-free process from order placement to delivery.
Implementation & Management
Setup:
We created fully branded Christmas e-shops for each company that wanted to reward their partners, clients, or employees. We imported the client database and allocated credits. The platforms were ready to go within 3 days, allowing businesses to start their campaigns quickly.
Catalog customization:
The shops had a diverse, real-time catalog of available products. Clients could choose from a range of items, including Christmas food baskets, toys, electronics, digital gift cards, and other products selected from our catalog of over 100,000 items. Only items in stock were displayed, and the catalog was regularly updated.

The logistical flow was entirely managed through Rewardiful, from receiving the orders to delivering the gifts within 1–3 days. The solution was integrated with top logistics providers in Romania and internationally, ensuring efficient distribution.
