Bramac is a Romanian leading roofing materials manufacturer, part of BMI Group Austria. The company produces and sells tiles and fittings, roof system components, and solar energy modules.


Target & Objectives

In a competitive and ever-changing market, Bramac was looking to consolidate its position as a leading provider of roofing materials. The company needed an efficient and dynamic solution to increase brand loyalty and engagement by rewarding distributors based on their sales performance, building stronger partnerships, and boosting sales.

 

Strategy

Bramac’s loyalty program, powered by Rewardiful, was designed to reward distributors based on their sales volume resulted from cross-sell and upsell time-based campaigns. The program was straightforward: distributors earned points according to a pre-defined points grid established by Bramac’s campaign rules.

The points could then be redeemed for a wide range of business-related rewards, including electronics, appliances, office equipment like phones, tablets, and laptops, multimedia accessories, but also leisure, travel packages and digital gift cards from popular brands.

Bramac could select rewards for the catalog from over 600 physical products or digital gift cards from more than 50 top brands in Romania, with gift cards being the most popular choice among distributors.

 

Implementation & Management

Rewardiful’s intuitive and customizable platform enabled a quick setup with minimal technical input. Prizes and catalog are updated in real time.
